Requirements

• Vehicle Year: 2012 or newer (Clean appearance, no stickers).

• No Rentals: Must own or lease-to-own your vehicle.

• Driving Record: no DUI / Reckless Driving / Criminal records.

• Commercial Insurance: 

  • $1,000,000 Auto Liability

  • $100,000 Cargo Insurance

  • Maximum $2,500 Deductible
